When you as a seller decide to trust us in mediation of selling your property, we inspect the property, check the necessary documentation and if documentation is not complete, we help you and advise you how to complete it. We advertise the property on the Internet and in print media and we offer it to clients in the demand on the market and show the property to potential buyers.
When we find the purchaser and agree the terms of sale, we provide in the cooperation with our lawyer drafting and signing the Pre and the Purchase agreement, Tabular statement, Inventory lists and the other necessary documentation (depending on the type of the deal and the type of property).
If you contact us as a Buyer, select the properties from our offer or engage us to find an appropriate property for you, we are checking the ownership papers and provide all the necessary purchase documentation including the submission of the Agreements along with all other necessary documentation with the Proposal for registration on the competent District Court for the purpose of registration of the ownership rights of the Buyer for purchased property.

Commission pricelist
For mediating in the purchase/sale or rent the Agencies are mandatory to charge the commission.
